Zoom Framing Assist Auto

When shooting with a high-powered zoom, the subject can be lost due to slight shaking of the hand, or subject movement. To help users track subjects and keep them in frame, the PowerShot SX700 HS has a Zoom Framing Assist function. This function has been further enhanced to incorporate an auto mode that automatically tracks the subject and zooms out / in according to the subject movement or subject size in the frame to maintain composition.

60p Support for Smart Movie

For superior video performance, the PowerShot SX700 HS makes full use of the DIGIC 6 image processor to record Full HD video at either super-smooth 60p or even at 30p in the popular MP4 compression format. It is also able to capture quick-moving subjects beautifully in dark indoor scenes and natural brightness even in backlit conditions.

Mobile Device Connect Button

With the Mobile Device Connection button, smart device connection and cloud synchronization is quick and easy. You can now upload pictures seamlessly to Google Drive via the Canon Image Gateway in addition to YouTube, Twitter, Email, Flickr and Facebook. Remote shooting is also possible via a smart device.
