This Chili Crab is specially adjusted to suit even foreign taste including Chinese, Korean, Japanese or Taiwanese.

Ingredients : Chili, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Lemongrass, Salt, Sagar, MSG, Corn Starch, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Vinger, Benzoic, Acid & Potassium Sorbate(Permitted Preservatives)

Serving Suggestion:

• In a cooking pan, heat up peanut oil for 5 seconds on medium heat and add in 1 to 1.2kg crab. Fry the crab turn red and dish out. 

• Add 5ml of peanut oil and stir for 5 secs on medium heat with SINSIA Sauce. Fry for 30 secs on medium heat.  Gradually add in 480ml water.  Cover the cooking pan for 90 secs.  Thereafter, stir and scoop gravy over entire carb.  Pour beaten eggs over crab for added texture.

Serving tips:You may use other seafood for serving such as Lobsters, mussels, clams, prawns etc.
