Return / Exchange Policy

1.  Legging, tank-tops, camisoles, panties, socks, inner wear, slimming or shaper wear: due to these products are personal items and hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange except prominent manufacture defect or incorrect item(s) send.
2. Item worn,stained or applied with perfume, cigarette smell,altered in any form, washed, dry clean or damaged due to negligence or deliberate are not applicable for refund or exchange.
3. Other exchange exclusion: a.minor stains b.minor treads fray c.size-measurement subject to 2-3cm error tolerance d.Colour of item show on monitor may be slightly different from actual.
4. All request must be inform us before return and within 3 days from the date of item(s) received.
5. Return or exchange item(s) must be in new, with all original tags, accessories and packaging intact.
6. For defect item(s), please provide appropriate information i.e. photos
7. The item(s) required must return within 5 days upon confirmation of return / exchange with us.
8. Buyer will be responsible for any delivery charges incurred in returning the item(s) back to us.
9. Delivery charges are non refundable (if any).
10. For item(s) eligible for exchange, buyer will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred except reasons of prominent manufacture defect or incorrect item send.
