Shipment: all shipment done by registered mail and you can track the status on Gmarket(tracking number will only be uploaded after item reach Singapore, no tracking number during transit from overseas to Singapore), totally it will take one week plus to two weeks to reach you from the order date.
Return & Exchange Policy: no exchange or refund allowed after shippment, unless there is major defect with the product.
