3. Do you have after sale service and support?
Yes, after sale/service is chargeable per case basis. Please contact us.

4. Can i walk in to buy the water purifier?
Nope, the product is ship direct from warehouse, no walk-in sale , we ship door to door to customers only.

5. Once i ordered, when i will receive my water purifier?
It will take up 2 - 5 working days, for example: ordered on monday, estimate arrival, you'll receive it on wednesday/ thursday or friday. 

6. What happen if the water purifier is broken or death of arrival?

7. Can i refund/exchange/cancel the order upon delivered, if i change of mind?
