
ABOUT TSENG NOODLES
In the entertainment industry everyone knows Mr. Zeng really loves noodles. During 25 years as an actor and host of a multiple award winning Food TV Show in Taiwan he’s tasted all kinds of noodles. He always wanted to make one noodle dish that truly met his expectations – now after several years we finally have Tseng noodles. Mr. Zeng supervised every aspect of the selection of taste/ingredients to perfectly summarize all the excellent noodles he’s tasted over the years into one line of products.
INGREDIENTS
Dried Noodle: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt
Scallion Sauce Packet: Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean Extract, Salt, Sugar, Wheat, Cooking Wine, Monosodium L-Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Inosinate, Disodium 5'-Guanylate), Acesulfame Potassium, Caramel, Scallion Oil (Soybean Oil, Shallot Extract), Tocopherols (As preservative).
Spicy Sichuan Pepper Packet: Soybean Oil, Sichuan Pepper Extract, Chili Extract, Tocopherols (As preservative).
Contains: Wheat, Soy.
HOW TO COOK TSENG NOODLES
Boil a pot of water with around 800ml and drop a pinch of salt into the water. Place the noodles into the hot boiling water and stir well. Cook for 5-6 minutes with medium heat. Remove the noodles from heat and drain. Then shut the fire. Put the noodles in a bowl. Add the seasoning sauce and mix well.
*** You may add eggs, chives, or garlic for personal preference.***
Due to cooling, the oil and fats in the sauce packet may naturally solidify into white chunks, which are completely safe to eat.
