<br />Third -stick the Breast Form to your chest ( from top to bottom) ;
<br />Last - stick the film to the Breast Form again after use.
<br />Way 2: 
<br />Just put the Breast Form into the pocket of your bra (pleasedon't tear down the glue cover film )

<br />Please wash it in warm water with mild soap.
<br />Please don't wash the back concave glue .
