Omega Alpha Healthy Colon Plus , 340g Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Omega Alpha Healthy Colon Plus 1-2 times daily in a serving of water or juice. Follow with one or more glasses of water or as directed by your health care practitioner. As a gentle colon cleanse: 3-5 teaspoons of powder once per day for three days or 15 capsules twice daily for three days. Follow each dose with 1-2 glasses of water.
