Easy to use: 1. Place the rubber tip under warm water for several minutes to soften the rubber material. Twist and pull to remove old tip from handle. 2. Moisten base of new tip and press on to handle with a twisting motion. 3. Place rubber tip between teeth and apply light pressure in a circular motion to massage the gums. Repeat from tooth to tooth.
