Returns:
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and
WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your DHgate ID.
We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included,
AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from DHgate. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
3. Rreturn and delivery shipping(If buyer want exchange the products) is to be paid by the Buyer.
Warranty:
We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties(not for all products). Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us
the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
