Important note:

I check every piece before sending out, the charger, as well as the earpiece. So when I send it out, it is confirmed to be working. When you plug in the charger to the electrical socket, please ensure that you switch on the power AFTER connecting to the electrical socket. The charger is a standard 2 pin plug, best used with an adapter.

(Important) Pairing Instructions:

This is a pattern that I see emerging from customers queries. They don't know how to pair. The item is not faulty, the item is not spoilt. So Please Please Please follow these instructions:

- Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone
- (SUPER IMPORTANT) While Bluetooth Earpiece is off, Press and hold the Earpiece for about 3 to 5 sec. You should see flashing blue first, DON'T RELEASE... KEEP HOLDING ON until you see blue red blue red flashing.
- Under your Bluetooth devices found, you should see one of the devices detected as T820
- Tap on that and you should be connected

- If you use a phone that requires a password, the password is 0000.

I've had so many customers "seeing the solution" after I guided them on the phone. You only need to do this once. For subsequent pairing, turn on bluetooth on phone FIRST. Then turn on earpiece until you see blue light, release immediately. Pairing takes place automatically.

Wearing the earpiece: The easiest way to wear the earpiece is to hold the portion where the rubber area meets the plastic area. That way you won't accidentally press the on/off button. Then plug in the ear bud into your right ear and rotate the hook over the top of your ear. Painless and fast.

Charging your earpiece: You'll see a red light when charging and when fully charged, it turns blue.

The Gap at the side of the earpiece: is not a damage. It is intentionally placed there as a space for you to press the on/off button. If it is not there, how do you press the on/off? I'm putting this note here because there is a small number of customers who mistake this as a damage.
