A Sandwich adapter permits the installation of an engine oil cooler without relocating the oil filter and retain functions of a oil temperature and/or pressure probes. It installs between the oil filter and the filter land on the engine block, providing a pressurized source of oil for the engine oil cooler. This adaptor is designed in light weight with anodized polished finish. The by-pass nature allows essential engine oil flow at its best.
