u00b7         Use distilledor boiled and cooled water

 

u00b7         Fill the potwith lukewarm water that is either distilled or boiled and cooled.Be careful about the temperature, it should NOT be cold, justlukewarm

 

u00b7         Drop a pinchor two of sea salt or Himalayan salt into the pot and stir it. Youcould taste a drop u2013 it should taste like your tear drops

 

u00b7         Tilt your headto the left side and hold the spout to the right nostril. Open yourmouth and breathe through your mouth. The water will start flowingout from the left nostril.  Blow your nose to remove all thewater.

 

u00b7         Repeat on theother side.

 

u00b7         If you have ablocked nose, it may take some time, but the lukewarm water willhelp to clear your nose.

 

It may feel funny or difficult at first to do this, but soon youwill master the technique and reap its benefits
