This is the signature product of Ishiya Company in Sapporo, Hokkaido
where they limit their products only to be sold in the area;
therefore, people in Japan visiting Hokkaido often buy this cookie as souvenir.
Shiroi Koibito translates to "White Lover" in English; as the name su ggests,
it uses white chocolate sandwiched in between butter biscuits.
It is also called "Chocolat Blanc et Langue de Chat" as the package is written
with this wording. This means "White Chocolate and filbert" in French.
