When in Dry Mode, Do I need to plug it in?
The Monster Mop must not be plugged in when in dry mode. Use it in cold mode as a normal mop for dusting, picking up hair, crumbs etc. The disposable and tough paper wipes will capture all the surface dirt.

What surface can I Clean?
The Monster Mop works wonders on tile, linoleum, hardwood and any hard surface as long as it's sealed. The Monster Mop may be used for windows, vertical cleaning (tile, marble and glass shower doors, etc). Do not use on painted walls and walls with wallpaper.

How long does the Monster keep cleaning?
With just 2 ounces of water/liquid the Monster Mop can clean up to 1000 sf. That's the average hard floor area of most homes. If extra cleaning is needed just change the pad (if needed) and refill the tank.

I see no steam coming out, why?
The Monster Mop is NOT a floor steamer. The Monster Mop uses exothermic technology to superheat the microfiber pad by distributing heat evenly across the whole surface of the pad thus delivering 100 percent cleaning and sanitizing power on the whole pad
