Order Processing Deadlines
All items are from our warehouse in USA.
If all items in your order are in stock at the our warehouse closest to you, orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern USA Monday to Friday,
except holidays. We need 2 business days to process your order before we ship it to you.
Shipping Rates

You can purchase mixed items from our store.
Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, the items description page will display the date we expect to receive the product back in stock.
If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder / back order shipping surcharge will apply. Availability dates for items on order
are estimates, and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Qoo10 systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays.
Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation
e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped with any of our preferred carriers: SF Express.
Shipping time: 4-10days, with out weekend and holiday.
We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.
Return & Exchange
No exchange or return is because of simple mind change.
Such Return of exchang is ablsolutely allowed for the reason below.

* Wrong item is delivered.

If you want to return or exchange at you cost, contact us via email.Please check when you return the items just for changing your mind,

International Orders Costom Duty
We use the best representative carriers of the countries to forwards packages to international destinations.
For this shipping method, we set limits on quantity of products, Weight and maximum amount of the order.
You should check the limitation of import from the Office of Customs Administration in your country prior to placing an order.

Collagen Optimizer contains natural bioactive hydrolyzed Type I fish collagen rich in hydroxyproline, which stimulates production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Improved skin elasticity, hydration, and overall quality has been observed in humans supplemented with hydrolyzed fish collagen. Red Orange Complex H (ROCH), a standardized extract made from three varieties of blood orange grown in Sicily, Italy, is a natural source of antioxidants shown to reduce UV-light induced skin damage in humans. Vitamin C is essential for collagen assembly and helps protect the skin against oxidative stress, while niacinamide supports skin DNA repair after UVA exposure. JarroSil, Activated Silicon®, activates hydroxylation enzymes necessary for collagen cross linking, which is essential to collagen structure and function.
Directions
