Item sold cannot be fully refunded All item will be inspected for manufacturing defects, prior to posting out. Exchanges may be considered in case of prominent manufacturer defects. Exchanges will be possible if wrong item were delivered by Hey Molly Shop fault and cost will born by Hey Molly Shop. The following reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects: *Minor stains (light color clothes especially). Stains no larger than a ten-cent coin diameter. *Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of the seams. *Claims that the cutting or design of item is not good or up to expectations. *Deliberate damage of item such that it may warrant an exchange |

Other Exchange Exclusion |

*Size issues - Measurement is subject to max. 2-3cm error tolerance, depending on measurement method by individual or product batch. *Color issues - The colors you see on the your monitor might be slightly, different from the actual colors of goods due to various reasons such as monitor temperature setting, maker characteristic and so on. *Item worn and stained or applied or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered any form, washed sent for dry cleaning and/ or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange. *White items and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded. *Leggings & Tank-taps are not exchangeable once they are tried on due to the nature of item itself. |

How to exchange |

1. All exchange requests must be received by email (hey.molly.shop@gmail.com) only within 1 week from the date of delivery. 2. Hey Molly Shop will reply your exchange request ASAP. with more information. 3. Item that are eligible for exchange, the customer has to bear full delivery charges, inclusive of registered mail fees (to our address and back) 4. Exchange items' delivery will only do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you. PLEASE NOTE:You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges. |
