Soft fabric, pom poms are made of a cotton knit fabric. I purchased the twin size aqua which turned out to be more of mint than blue aqua but not green. Still pretty, the pink underside is true to color in picture. The sham is a good size - can fit a good size std pillow. My 6 year old daughter picked it out. The colors are bright and vivid. She loves the cupcake pillow included. Great quality and great price. Perfect for any little girlie girl. We purchased this to use on her twin daybed. I added a few more pink throw pillows in various shades and sizes. I just fold it over and it works perfectly.
