We use only the leather produced by the manufacturers which have joined the vegetable leather processing association (Vera Pelle) in Tuscany, Italia.

We cannot exchange or refund the personalised product without our faults such as the defect, damage of the product at the receiving or characters different from what you order.

Caution: the leather is easily scratched, so if you are sensitive to scratches, please reconsider the purchase of this keyring.

Any photo, logo or text can be permanently engraved onto the keyring. The photo must be quite clear with good contrast on the person or animal. (One person or animal is recommended for the vertical engrave. Two persons or animals are recommended for the horizontal engrave.)
