Using the Magic Neck Support

To use, set the Magic Neck Support at the beginning position and place it on the floor, treatment table,or comfortable supporting surface, and slowly lower yourself so your head makes contact with the head rest and your neck contacts the neck support. 

Now just relax as much as possible. 5 minutes is recommended, but if you begin to become uncomfortable, stop and over time, try to work your way up to five minutes. It is recommended that you do this twice per day. The User’s Guide provides specific guidelines for how and when to adjust the head and neck rest positions to progress to more advanced levels. As you progress, you strive to find a level that is comfortable but also provides a slight stretch.

When you’re done, sit up and rest a few minutes before standing up.
