<br />1.  place middle finger at the root of lower eyelash and pull the lower eyelid with the finger.
<br />2. pull the upper eyelid with index or middle finger of another hand and put the lenses into your eye.
<br />3. release your eyelid slowly and blink then lenses will be placed automatically.
<br />removing steps:
<br />1. look upward and pull eyelids with middle fingers of two hands.
<br />2. move lenses slightly with index finger to avoid hurting pupil.
<br />3. pinch and take out the lenses with thumb and index finger.
