2 Capsules = Serving
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Take for 5 days, followed by 1 day off, before resuming intake again.

Gelatin, rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergen Warning:
Contains soy (as soy lecithin). Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Do not purchase if safety seal is broken or missing. Store at 15-30ｰC (59-86ｰF).
Important Notice: Consult your physician before use (especially if you have a medical condition). Avoid with narrow-eye glaucoma sufferers, those using pharmaceutical MAO inhibitors, and those who have a history of melanoma or suspicious and undiagnosed skin lesions. Do not use if you are pregnant/lactating, or under the age of 18. An adequate state of hydration must be maintained - consume at least 8-10 large glasses of recommended daily intake. Dietary supplement should not replace a well balanced diet based on whole foods.
