Working principle when surrounding enviroment become dark:

PIR motion sensor LED Bulbs have special sensor detecting brightness surrounded enviroment and body movement,it only will turn on when in dark enviroment and Leds light will turn on for about 20 seconds when people come near within 5 meters on condition that the illumination outside is under 10LX,this function closes automatically when the illumination is over 10LUX, totally not affected by noise .
