Directions	Preparing douche: Fill bulb with warm water. Add liquid or powder preparation if desired (see cautions). Put hand on top and shake to mix. Thread flexible vaginal pipe into bulb. Douching Procedure: To use in shower: Gently squeeze bulb to expel air. Stand with feet apart and gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina. Gently squeeze bulb to release liquid. To use in bathtub: Gently squeeze bulb to expel air. Recline in tub knees slightly bent apart. Gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina. Gently squeeze bulb to release liquid. To use on toilet: Gently squeeze bulb to expel air. Lift one thigh while in seated position; gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina. Gently squeeze bulb to release liquid.

Warnings	CAUTIONS: Use only plain water commercially sold or physician recommended douche preparations in or on this product. Use of anything else may damage product. Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of product. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat as it will adversely affect the product. After use wash all components with a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shake rinsed components free of water and dry with clean towel. After all parts are air dried store product in dark cool dry place.
