When I received it, the bottom was badly frayed and the arm and neckline were poorly sewn. When I reached out to the 3rd party directly, this is the response I received after they requested additional information and photos of the damaged item. "Sorry to inform you that you have exceeded our 14 days returning policy so that we can't deal with your case any more." Wanted to contact the seller for a return but email doesn't display and phone number doesn't work. I want my money back! Walmart should have a policy against sellers who's not reachable.
