Follow with Brisk Rinse. Product is not recommended for use by children under 12 years.Whitening Serum: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Use separately from toothpaste and rinse. Use for whitening touch-ups on the go. Apply to the surface of each tooth you would like to whiten. Allow for 20 seconds for the gel to dry on your teeth before allowing your lips or tongue to touch your teeth. Do not eat or drink for 10 minutes. No need to rinse after application.Brisk Rinse: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: After brushing with toothpaste, rinse with four teaspoons for 30 seconds, swish around vigorously.
