Mode of delivery:
1) All orders will be processed and mailed out within 3 working days from receipt of payment.
2) May we suggest you to ensure mailing address is written correctly to avoid any lost or undelivered parcel.
3) All items are delivered via Singpost normal mail and seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
4) We strongly encourage buyers to use Singpost registered mail at an additional S$3.50 per package as an alternative.

Normal mail: via Singpost (we will not be responsible for any damage or lost mail delivered via Normal postage)

Registered mail: via Singpost. It is highly recommended when you buy many items at once.

Exchange & Refund:
1) As all item are inspected for defects before posting out, therefore item sold are non Returnable and non Refundable.
2) Exchange of items will be acceptable only if they were wrongly posted out. In this case, returns of wrong item has to be done within 3 days upon receipt of item.
