WK Muar Chunky Fish Otah 180g

Also known as otak-otak, it is a Peranakan specialty snack made by mixing mackerel fish with mixture of chilli paste, spices and coconut milk. Chunky fish meat is used to ensure a more robust taste. It can be eaten as snack, with bread or rice as part of meal.

Fish Meat (Mackerel), Coconut Milk, Chilli Paste (Dried Chilli, Lemongrass, Galangal, Candlenut), Onion, Garlic, Curry Powder, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Salt, Cooking Oil (Blend of Palm Olein, Peanut Oil & Sesame Oil), Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar)
