I’ve already marked 12 special days on my 2014 calendar. 1 day in each month, there will be 1 lucky winner who will receive an additional “affinity token” (gift) along with their order. The gift will be pack into their order and send out according to their order shipping method. Monthly Best Premium Review Awards ($10 value)
Each month, I will choose 1 premium review for this award. I’ll whatapps the winner photos of the gift to inform them before mailing them. If winner does not use or reply via whatapps, I will sms them but am not able to MMS them the photos of the gift due to the cost of sending MMS. I will be selecting the winner of the previous month within the 1st week of each month. There is no requirement of praising me or my items to win. Main purpose of this event is to rewards buyers who invested some time and effort in making premium review not to self promote or boost my sale.

In January 2015, I will check through my Qoo10 sale summary and award the buyer who brought from me the most times a special “affinity token”( gift). Seller will NOT be responsible for Lost Mail if buyer select SingPost Normal Mail as there is NO way of tracking. Simply said a buyer can claim didn't receive even after actual receiving. SingPost will not be responsible even if they lost the parcel during shipping. As this item is selling at very near wholesale price i've paid for, it is simply unfair for a buyer to demand replacement for lost mail if they select NON registered mail shipping.
To encourage buyers to use SingPost Registered Mail, i am covering a portion of the cost. Actual Postage for Registered Mail will be $3.04 + Qoo10 fee $0.74 = $3.78 but i will only be charging discounted price of $2.50 for SingPost Registered Mail.
Basically it is just like paying extra $2.50 for insurance and getting your order faster as SingPost handle Registered Mail faster than normal mail.
Photo and Video will be taken for all orders. Seller will take photo to display the condition of all 3D Hello Kitty case, with the buyer's mailing address written on polymailer. All orders will be wrapped with bubble wrap to better protect the case. When seller dispatch the parcel (order) into the SingPost mail collection bin, i will take a video of the whole process. At times i might subsitute the video with free "certificate of posting" to acknowledge receipt of the parcel.
Order will be dispatch within 24-48 hours, SingPost at my area does not open on Sunday thus i will not be able to process any orders until Monday morning.
