Directions
For each cup of liquid, dissolve 1 TBSP Kuzu in 2 TBSP cold liquid for thick desserts, or 1 tsp Kuzu in 2 tsp cold liquid for thin sauces. While stirring, add dissolved Kuzu and heat until clear and thick.
