Used in Raffles Hotel Singapore from the 1980s for about a decade and served on board Singapore Airlines and in a number of luxury hotels

Alcohol Content	4.9%
Ingredients	Pineapple Juice, Gin, Grenadine, Cherry Brandy, Cointreau, Bénédictine and Angostura Bitters
Directions	Chill and shake before serving.
Suggestion	For added zest, add ice and a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon
