FIXED DEPARTURE:

- By Free & Easy is 14:00hrs
- Pick-up from hotel to Ferry Terminal is all fixed at 12:00PM
- check-out hotel, pick-up 1230pm.
- Require for early or late departure will be imposed additional surcharge for land transfer is S$5/pax/trip for 08:00AM to 18:00PM and S$10/pax/trip for 18:00PM to 21:00PM

Merchant will revert with a confirmation within 2 working days in advance and 3 working days in advance for Public Holidays.
Confirmation Email/Booking code must be presented upon redemption of boarding pass at Majestic Fast Ferry counter.
Be Aware of:
- Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months (expiry date) on the date of travel.
- Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and entry visa (if required) are in order prior to the departure.
- Ferry seats are subject to availabilities and based on first come first served basis (especially during peak seasons).
- The Merchant reserved the right to suggest alternate dates and travel time in case that the requested travel dates and time are not available anymore.
- Price are EXCLUDING of applicable taxes.
- Ticket is for Adult or Child, Excluding of all Taxes & Surcharges

Batam Terminal Fee of RP65,000 ( payable to Majestic Ferry Counter upon redemption )
- No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed upon confirmation of the booking or Miss Ferry
- Once confirmed, the dates will not be able to be changed.
- Strictly no replacement or extension is given to expired purchased travel vouchers.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
- Multiple purchases of vouchers are allowed.
