Ceracast 11 inch wok pan is die-cast cookware made with cast aluminum. They all have induction bottoms so they are safe to use on gas, electric and induction top ranges. The each have TPR soft touch handles . It features our Stone Coat 2020 ceramic interior with diamond infused technology. It is non toxic and is both PTFE and PFOA free. They also have pour spouts on the sides of the cookware.
