Suggested Use

Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon Lobster Base in 8 oz boiling water. For each quart of stock needed use 1 1/2 tablespoons Lobster Base.

For Lobster Bisque: In a soup pot combine 2 cups half & half or milk 1 cup water 1 cup white wine or sherry 1 tablespoon Lobster Base 3 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoons tomato paste and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 cup of minced cooked lobster meat may be added if available. Bring to boil while stirring reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes about 4-8 servings.

Cooked lobster salt maltodextrin hydrolyzed soy protein dried onion & garlic potato flour corn oil xanthan gum disodium inosinate and guanylate soy lecithin oleoresin or paprika natural flavor.
