Zephyr has redesigned your typical plastic guyline tensioners. By manufacturing our tensioners in an all aluminum body, we''ve strengthened the weakest point in tarp setups: Flex. When plastic is forced to it''s limits, the tensioner produced on your guylines from wind will loosen to the point of failure. Look at the teeth that bite into the cord of your typical plastic tensioners... you can easily spread this channel apart with your fingers. Try that with our tensioners!

We offer either red, blue, or bronze 10-packs. Works great with 550 paracord.
Maximum tension is provided with higher diameter cordage. Typical camping setups will be anywhere between 3-5 mm in diameter, and will hold up in heavy wind storms. If absolute maximum tension is desired, a 6 mm cord should be used.
