All items will be carefully packed for your easy identification/check, sealed with bubble-wrap and a snapshot of this parcel (with content shown) will be archived. Please remove package from envelop with care. DO NOT Open/Unseal/Damage/Temper the bubble wrap pack placed within, prior to checking content/quantity is correct as per your order/s.
Strictly No Resend/Replacement/Refund if the bubble-wrap is damagesd/tempered with, and/or any items are removed from from the bubble-wrapped pack
Do whatspp to us @9185 3983 within 21 days from your payment date, with Photo of the Original Sealed Bubble-Wrapped showing all content/s for the following :
1. Missing Item/s 2. Wrong Item/s Received 3. Visible Damage to Item/s
We will respond to your whatsapp notification within 1 working day. If conditions stated above are met , we will bear all cost/expense to resend/replace the said item to you if we acknowledge & approve your request. we take pride in our products and services and will put in our best efforts to ensure your satisfaction upon receiving our products
Delivery Time : Items will be posted out within 1-2 working days upon receiving payments, to ensure that our customers receive their items asap. Ususal delivery time is btw 2-5 working days upon posting, excld PH/weekends. Please understand SingPost/QExpress delivery date/time/personnels are not within our control in cases of later than expected delivery
Normal Mail : a.k.a loss/damaged mail/items at your own risk. No refund/exchange/cancellation for any loss/damage of items send via Normal Mail
