1. Pedometer: Enter to the menu， click \'\'Key 3\'\' (as image 3) to start the count of steps and distance (km)， click \'\'Key 3\'\' again to stop. (The watch should be installed USMART APP and bound successfully to sync data to the phone)
2. Heartrate monitor: Enter to the menu， click \'\'Key 3\'\' to start the real-time heartrate monitor， and same click \'\'Key 3\'\' to stop.(The watch should be installed USMART APP and bound successfully to sync data to the phone)
Tips: Wear the watch on wrist， neither too tight to affect blood circulation， nor too loose to make sure the heartrate lens of the watch completely attach to skin， and avoid the lens and around skin with external light irradiation， otherwise the tested data maybe abnormal and inaccurate.
After wearing the watch， click \'\'Key 3\'\' to start， and it will show the heartrate data after about 10s.
3. Sleep Monitor: Enter the icon， click \'\'key 3\'\' to monitor the sleep quality， click \'\'key 3\'\' again to off the monitor and check the sleep quality data. Sleep quality display as: Bad for one star， normal for two star， good for three star(The watch should be installed USMART APP and bound successfully to sync data to the phone)
4. Sedentary remind: Enter the icon，click \'\'key 3\'\' to monitor the sedentary time(click \'\'key 1(as image 1) to set the time)， it will vibrate when the time arrives; click \'\'key 3\'\' again stop the function of remind.(The watch should be installed USMART APP and bound successfully to sync data to the phone)
5. Find Phone: Enter to the function， click \'\'key 3\'\' to trigger the ringtone on phone( The function can be used When paired and bound device in the USMART APP)
6. Remote camera: Control the phone camera for photograph. Click \'\'key 3\'\' to capture and \'\'key 4(as image 3)\'\' to switch the rear and front camera(The function can be used When paired and bound device in the USMART APP. for Iphone mobile must open the camera interface before using this function)
7. BT Music:
Go to BT music functions When Phone paired with watch， the watch remote control phone to play music(click \'\'key 3\'\')， Pause(Click\'\'key 3\'\')Or next(click \'\'Key 4\'\') etc.
