WTC Return Policy

 To uphold our commitment to quality, we agree to a 1 for 1 exchange policy should you find any rice weevils or contamination in the rice upon the following conditions:

- Any defective goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery
As it will be impossible for us to guarantee the condition of the rice indefinitely, we will be unable to entertain any exchanges after this period, regardless whether they are opened or not. 

 

Storage FAQ

Generally, rice when kept properly, has an indefinite shelf life. The main challenge is to keep it free from dust, insects and other contaminants. 

Our recommendation for storage for you daily use is: 
  1. Remove rice from packaging (reason is that sometimes packaging may be compromised with micro tears but undetected with the naked eye)
  2. Store in air tight resealable rice container
  3. Add dried chili and garlic 

Extended Storage

If you need to store for a period longer than 1 month in our tropical climate, ideal condition is below 18 degrees Celsius of in the freezer for best quality. Generally, if you do not plan to consume the rice within the next two or three months, our recombination is that to not keep it in storage as home environments are not usually the most ideal places to keep the grain for extended periods.
