As I engage in normal daily activities, such as house work, yard work, etc., I have skin tears and bruises, especially on my forearms and calves. I have tried everything I know of to correct or improve this condition with no real answer....until I tried Aveeno skin strengthening body cream! I really didn't expect the wonderful results I have had. Within just a few days, my skin had improved remarkably! It is much softer and more supple. There is such a reduction in skin tears and bruising that I will enjoy spending Easter in a short sleeved shirt without being embarrassed by my forearms. I had an appointment with my dermatologist yesterday and couldn't wait to show him my improved skin. He was very impressed and looked on line at the Aveeno site to learn more about it. I encouraged him to tell his prednisone dependent patients about this product....help at last! The wind ALWAYS blows here because the land is so flat, & there is always dirt, gravel, mud, snow, & whatever else blowing around. The cold weather, hot sun, driving nails, handling pipe, throwing boards & even all that paperwork just does massive damage to my hands every day. My fingers crack & split, my nails chip or split, & my hands are just a mess in general. Using this lotion every day is a life saver. My skin doesn't crack & bleed, my hands don't burn or hurt everyday, & long story short: this little bottle has solved a lot of issues for me. It's not greasy, it's not a "quick temp fix" that makes them feel ok for a little bit but then feel worse after the day is done, like some other lotions. It actually does what it says it will, & if you have hard working hands like I do -- this is for you! Try it.
