DIRECTIONS

1. Cut along the dotted lines on the packet.

2. Remove the pair of Foot Mask from the packet.

3. Wrap the Actizen Foot Mask around your feet as if you were wearing socks.


4. Peel off the 2 sides of the waterproof stickers and press them firmly together to fit the masks snugly over your feet.


5. For mobility, you may wear your regular socks over the masks to keep the masks in place when walking etc.


6. Leave on for 2 hours and discard.


7. Foot Masks may be used twice a month.
