The deep pan is 2.4-inches deep with a non-stick fluoropolymer coating that will allow far-infrared heat conduction to prepare different types of dishes. It also has the ability to adjust the thermostats up to 470 degrees F/240 degrees C to maintain the proper cooking temperature to your desire. This unit comes with a tempered glass lid to keep grilled food warm. The pan can be easily removed and washed. The pan also has a handle where you can easily dissemble and use over a gas stove top for a quick boiling.
