Redemption Instructions
l  Upon purchase, please visit this page: http://www.pbww.org/my-pp to start your project.
l  Select the size and number of pieces of photo print followed by the preferred paper type.
l  You will be asked to sign in. If you are first time user, please create an account.
l  Once you have designed your photo prints, click on the green 'Shopping Cart' icon to submit your photo print design.
l  Key in the voucher code/verification code in the 'Voucher Code' section located in "Payment” page and click 'Redeem'. Follow the instructions as prompted to complete the order.

Terms & conditions:
 
  1. Voucher expires in 90 days after purchase.
  2. Only 1 voucher per order can be applied, value of vouchers cannot be combined.
  3. Voucher code is only applicable to redeem one set of 50 pieces of 4R Photo Print .
  4. 1 voucher codewill be issued per quantity purchased, single checkout is only able to redeem one voucher;
  5. Shipping charges are not included and subject to 6% GST, payable to Photobook Malaysia upon checkout. Visit this page: http://www.pbww.org/ship-my for more shipping information.
  6. Self pick up option is not available. Shipping charges must be paid for each set of 4R Photo Prints.
  7. Must use entire value in 1 order, any unused amount will not be refunded.
  8. Voucher code is not valid for Photobook mobile app.
  9. Promotion cannot be use in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, group buying vouchers and vouchers.
  10. Voucher code must be entered at the time of your ordering and will not be accepted after the order is completed and received.
  11. Offer cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
  12. Promotional offers are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
  13. Additional charges are applicable for upgrades. Any amount above the value of the voucher will be charged according to full price and subject to 6% GST.

  15. We will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:

If there is a production/product issue, we will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. Promotional offer discounts are not eligible for credit or a refund.
  17. Photobook does NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the file ONCE the file is uploaded. Therefore, it is customer’s responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly before uploading their order for processing.
  18. Photobook reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice.
