Directions
Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. This will ensure the wax burns evenly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between candles. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Trim wicks to about 1cm before lighting. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We process orders that are placed on the weekends and on holidays on the following business day. During the holiday season, processing may take up to 4 business days.
We use standard Qexpress shipping to deliver your products. After the order has been processed, packaged and shipped from our warehouse, it can take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days before you will receive it. However, incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in longer delivery times and possible charges for redelivery.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact us on Qtalk. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase within 7 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (UNUSED) with original packaging. Credit will be posted to your Q account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to us. You may want to look into getting shipping insurance to make sure your returned item(s) are received by us so we can reimburse you for your returned products.
We cannot refund your money if you use any portion of your candle(s) or other products you purchase on our site.
