The primary design principle is that all parts of the main body (including the ultrasonic mist-maker and fan) are waterproof and washable. It comes apart easily for simple washing in hot soapy water, and easy maintenance. The mist-maker floats inside a bowl, and is connected to a smart touch-control platform. The touch controls adjust the different features of the humidifier. The Luma Touch model of the CleanPot also features colorful LEDs which work very well as a nightlight. The lights can cycle through the rainbow, be set at your favorite color, or be turned off. Each CleanPot humidifier comes with several accessories to meet the needs of various users. We recommend using purified water with your humidifier, and every unit comes with a water filter which should be used if your tap water has a particularly high mineral content. Each machine also comes with 3 different easily swappable Vapor Caps to direct the vapor out of the top of the machine in different ways. The Tea-Kettle cap points to the side, and can be positioned any direction in 360 degrees, which makes it ideal for installation on a bed-side table, or on a shelf. The Volcano cap points straight up, and the Aroma Cap (which is designed to rest inside the Volcano cap) can hold a small wick of gauze or cotton. Apply a few drops of your favorite aromatic oil, and the vapor blown out of the machine will be perfumed to create a pleasant aromatic experience.
