Return Policy
If you have received a defective item, please let us know within 7 days in order to exchange
for a new item. 

If the item that you have received is not the correct model/colour, it must be returned in its original packaging and unused.

Shipping & Delivery 
1) All orders will be shipped out within 4-6 working days (ex stock) and 10 - 20 days for
(pre-order stock). 

Note: Working days DO NOT include Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

2) If the order you have made is unfortunately out of stock, we will notify you via sms/whatsapp in the case you do not wish to wait for the new stock to arrive and make a full refund to you. 

3) In the event of keying in the wrong delivery address, there will be an additional cost incurred
for re-delivery.
