Product use recommendation:

During your first use, tighten the velcro straps lightly - like wearing a backpack - to feel a little tension in your back and ease your body into regular use. The exact starting position of the velcro straps should have moderate tension but will depend on each individual’s comfort level. After the first month of regular use, 10-20 min. daily, you should be able to tighten the velcro enough to move to the next red marker. Some minor initial discomfort in your back muscles until your body adapts to the corrected posture is normal and means the therapy postural correction brace is working.
