The Traxxas Slash VXL with on-board audio is the first 2WD Slash to receive a factory-installed Low-CG chassis. The Low-CG chassis features Traxxas-Tough durability and lowers the battery and electronic components for increased handling and stability. The tires use advanced tread design and sophisticated rubber compounds to provide incredible grip both off-road and on pavement. The Revo-spec Torque-Control slipper clutch design delivers smooth operation, precise adjustment, and consistent traction. The Velineon VXL-3s ESC works with the 3500 motor for extreme power and its brushless design reduces wear and friction. The VXL-3s offers 3 driving modes: sport, race, and training mode. Training mode limits power to 50% to allow new drivers to gain experience. Velineon accepts standard 7-cell NiMH batteries up to 3S 11.1V LiPos with its integrated low-voltage protection. Waterproof electronics allow Slash VXL the freedom to drive through water, mud and snow. New Traxxas stability management allows arrow-straight acceleration on slippery surfaces without loss of control. Tsm also makes high speed cornering corrections in the background for you, without unexpected side effects. The on-board audio system uses sounds sampled from Traxxas team trucks. The system has adjustable volume and won’t compromise your run time. The intuitive sounds respond to throttle input from the transmitter. The advanced TQi 2.4GHz transmitter can be equipped with a Bluetooth module that turns your Android, iPad iPhone or iPod touch (sold separately) into a powerful tuning tool for your Traxxas model. Automatic 58076-24 BLUE recognition instantly recalls your settings for up to 30 Traxxas Link-enabled models.
