PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
Arnicare Gel: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Hel to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury.
Arnica 30C Pellets: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.

Warnings
Arnicare Gel: For External Use Only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, damaged skin or wounds. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Arnica 30C Pellets: Ask A doctor before use in children under 2 years of age. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
