FastRise® yeast is finer, so it can be added to bread recipes without proofing in warm water first.

Directions
If you do wish to proof to test for freshness, just stir yeast and add 1/4 tsp. sugar into 1/4 cup warm water (95-110°F). Mixture should bubble within 5 minutes. (If not, discard and start again.) Add to recipe as directed and deduct 1/4 cup from recipe''s total liquid.Free OfGMOs.
