FAQ

Can the portrait be hung on walls?
No, we do not provide hook at the back of the portrait which allows hanging on walls. The portrait could also be too tiny to look good alone on walls as well. 

How should I maintain the portrait?
Just lightly dust the surface of the portrait. You may use a clean tissue paper or feather duster. Please do not use wet cloth to wipe the portrait surface. The canvas-like surface is not 100% water-resistant. And obviously your laminate wood should not be in regular contact with water, it is after all, made of wood material! 

Can I pop by your shop to take a look at the finished samplers?
Sorry, we do not entertain to phone calls or SMS from unknown numbers who pop up at our location to request to see real samples. What you see online are photographs taken from past completed products. 

I need the portrait urgently. Can I do a self-collection?

We welcome self-collection if you are super urgent to obtain your photos for a special occasion. Please also take note of the minimum production time required.

I am not satisfied with the product. Can I call for refund?
Sorry, this is a customisation service. Unlike other goods that you can refund and seller can sell off again to other buyers, we cannot undo the laminate wood board that is firmly layered with your photograph. Minor "defects" that do not affect the functionality of the Portrait, such as small knocks, dents or scratches or unslightly woodgrains at the back of the woodboard, are not entitled to a re-production, refund nor return of the item.
